3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided during service arrangements.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where YTech is at fault.

Once your order or repaired device is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

YTech is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier,

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. We will assist when possible.

6. Customer Shipping Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Properly packing devices when sending them to us for repair,

  • Shipping costs for sending devices to YTech unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns & Exchanges
